What is Primary charge roller?

Primary charge roller, a cylinder made of metal core and conductive rubber. Its main function is to adsorb toner evenly on the drum core, and to eliminate the residual potential on the drum core.


Primary charge roller is a new environmentally friendly charging method that reduces the generation of ozone and charges evenly and noiselessly. Is widely used in laser printers, also used in low-speed copiers. Laser printer charging

4. The charging roller has a uniform electric layer between the low hardness conductive elastic layer and the surface layer, the electric layer thickness is 1-3μm, and the surface layer thickness is 40-80μm.
